Common Councillor Greg Norton is unsure whether his fellow council members know what their priorities should be over the next 3 and a half years of their mandate.
Council meets this afternoon to try to finalise the priorities while under pressure friom City Manager Jeff Trail to do so.
Norton would like to see a cap on borrowing by the city and a one cent reduction in the tax rate.
He has also asked the City Solicitor to find out who owns the LBR because he questions whether the city should spend large amounts of money on facilities it might not own.
