Confederation Bridge Tolls To Rise January 1st

Confederation Bridge tolls are going up in 2022.

Motorists crossing the Confederation Bridge to come to New Brunswick, are going to have to pay more starting January 1st.

For a two axle vehicle, it’s cost $50.25 cents. That’s an increase of $1.75.

Each additional axle will be $8.50, which is up 25 cents.

For motorcycles, it’ll be $20, an increase of 25 cents in the toll.

A news release states these new toll rates have been calculated in accordance with the Bridge Operating Agreement with the federal government.

According to the Confederation bridge website, toll rates are reviewed on an annual basis.
