Are things looking up in Saint John?
Common Councillor Ray Strowbridge is tweeting the Saint John construction industry saw the value of building permits nearly double in January when compared to same month in 2015.
According to Stats Canada, the value of building permits rose from 6.2 million dollars in January of 2015 to 11.4 million in January of this year.
