Corporate Research Associates has released its latest poll on consumer confidence in Saint John and found it’s continuing to increase after a notable decline six months ago.
Satisfaction with the performance of the new Common Council is down a bit at 58 per cent under the leadership of Mayor Don Darling who was elected back in May. Satisfaction with Common Council had been 68 per cent before the municipal election.
The polling also discloses dissatisfaction hasn’t gone up per say but more people in the city remain unsure about how the new Council is doing or else won’t offer an opinion.
