UPDATE: Convicted Armed Robber Back In Custody

Saint John police say a convicted armed robber wanted on a Canada-wide warrant is back in custody.

Police say Jarod Noiles was arrested in the city without incident shortly after 8 p.m. on Monday.

A warrant was issued for the 22-year-old man last Thursday for allegedly violating the conditions of his statutory release.

Noiles is serving a sentence of more than three years and 10 months for several charges, including:

  • armed robbery (x2)
  • disguise with intent
  • theft under
  • failure to attend court (x2)
  • unlawfully at large

Police thanked the public for their help in locating Noiles.
