Convicted armed robber wanted on Canada-wide warrant

Saint John police are asking for help to find a convicted armed robber wanted on a Canada-wide warrant.

Ryan Cail is accused by breaching the conditions of his statutory release by failing to report to the community correctional centre in Saint John.

The 31-year-old is serving a sentence of two years and 11 months for a number of convictions, including:

  • robbery with a firearm
  • possessing a weapon contrary to a prohibition order
  • failing to comply with a probation order
  • possessing property obtained by crime
  • unlawfully at large

Cail is described as five-foot-six, weighing 150 pounds with blonde hair and blue eyes. He has a tattoo of “TJ” on his left forearm, “MOM” on his left upper arm and a “$” on his right forearm, as well as a scar on his forehead.

Police are warning the public to not approach the suspect. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Saint John Police Force at 506-648-3333 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
