Coroner’s inquest scheduled into death at woodland operation

A coroner’s inquest has been scheduled to examine the death of a New Brunswick man at a woodland operation.

William “Bill” Russell died from injuries he sustained while working in a Tracyville mill in February 2021.

A coroner and jury will hear from witnesses and will make recommendations to help prevent future deaths and also determine the cause of Russell’s death.

The inquest is scheduled on December 4 and 5 in Fredericton.
