Court appearances for three men charged in connection with a Moncton murder, had to be postponed due to today’s storm.
18 year old Tyler Noel, 18 year old Zachary Holden and 20 year old Bradley Bonnell were supposed to appear in Moncton court this afternoon, but that have been moved to tomorrow instead.
The Moncton law courts are closed today.
Noel is charged with first degree murder and arson in connection with the death of 18 year old Baylee Wylie. His body was found during a fire at a Sumac Street home in December.
Holden is facing numerous charges including accessory after the fact to murder. Holden and Bonnell are both facing a charge of unlawfully being in a dwelling house.
RCMP are still searching for 20 year old Marissa Shephard…..who is also charged with first degree murder and arson.
