The Sea Dogs face off tonight in Game 1 of the Memorial Cup against another team that has had a great year…the St. Michael’s Majors.
Team president Wayne Long tells CHSJ News it’s exciting flying to Ontario on a charter and being picked up by an executive bus.
But he says once they get focused, it’s all business.
Long says they had a practice yesterday and the opening banquet last night but, he says the guys are focused and it’s all business for sure.
He adds St. Mike did have a great year but, the Sea Dogs are not taking a backseat to anyone when they had the best record in Canada.
