Saint John’s cruise ship season is picking up steam with a double ship day today and many visits scheduled for this month.
There are an extra 6400 people in Saint John with the Norwegian Gem carrying 2200 passengers and the Anthem of the Seas carrying 4200. Both ships will be sticking around until the evening hours with the Gem departing at 7pm and the Anthem leaving at 11pm.

Next Wednesday will be a triple ship day with the Norwegian Dawn, the Serenade of the Seas and the Carnival Sunshine all coming to Saint John.
The Carnival Sunshine is coming to the city tomorrow and will bring 3200 passengers.
