Less than a week after the City put out a call to Saint Johners to tell them about the potholes causing drivers grief this spring, some of those offending craters are already fixed.
The city letting us know that 43 work orders for potholes have been generated which are service requests from the public received through phone calls or emails.
We are told crews are still repairing potholes with the available paving mix and since last week, 29 work orders have been completed to repair potholes in various areas across the City and in most cases, multiple potholes are included in one work order.
The city of Saint John’s big pothole blitz begins in May.
