Driving complaint on Confederation Bridge leads to arrest

A 30-year-old man has been arrested following a driving complaint on the Confederation Bridge.

RCMP says a vehicle was located in Borden-Carleton late Saturday afternoon after the complaint was filed.

The driver refused to provide a breath sample to police and the vehicle was impounded.

The accused with appear in Summerside court in September for failing to provide a breath sample.
