Drop in diesel prices expected Tuesday night

Diesel users in New Brunswick should see an unexpected break at the pumps on Tuesday night.

An industry source says the provincial regulator will use its interrupter clause at midnight.

Diesel prices are expected to fall by more than seven cents per litre when that happens.

The most you will currently pay for diesel is just over $1.60 per litre.

Gasoline prices are not expected to change.
