Early Roaring Success For Magnetic Hill Zoo’s Big Cats Exhibit

The new Big Cats exhibit at the Magnetic Hill Zoo was a roaring success during its opening weekend.

Crowds came out both Saturday and Sunday to see the long-awaited $1.4 million dollar exhibit which houses the zoo’s two Amur tigers and a leopard.

Zoo manager Bruce Dougan says he’s optimistic a lot of postive word-of-mouth will come from the new addition.

And ’tis the season for baby animals too…

Dougan adds a lot of newcomers have arrived at the zoo this summer including baby lemurs, reindeer, porcupines and goats with more due in the next few weeks.
