The Canadian Food Inspection Agency has issued a recall on Eat Smart Chopped Salad kits because of possible Listeria contamination.
The bagged salads made by Curation Foods range from 283 to 680 grams and have a best before date of September 10th.
Recalled bags were sold across several provinces including New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Ontario..
So far no reports of any illnesses, but symptoms can include nausea, fever, muscle aches, severe headache and neck stiffness with some severe cases ending in death.
