L’Arche Creative Connections is a studio art program supporting artists with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities in Saint John, New Brunswick. Our 18 artists work in a variety of media including, painting, drawing, textile, mixed media, and more. Through our work, we aim to celebrate the gifts of inclusion and community, and the diverse experiences of individuals with disabilities. “The Art of Knowing” explores the intersection between creativity and belonging, drawing inspiration from the relationships that transform us.
Our annual show and sale is an important milestone in the year for the artists of Creative Connections. Everyone is welcome to come and meet the artists and take in their work. Help us celebrate and maybe even take home a treasure of your own!
Accessibility note: The Saint John Arts Centre has a wheelchair-accessible entrance at the back via Carleton Street, with elevator access to the main level. There is also an accessible, gender-neutral bathroom on the lower level, which can be reached by stairs or elevator.
