Stride into spring and support Surgical Excellence
As the weather finally starts to warm up, it’s the perfect time to take your routine back outdoors! Grab your sneakers, rally your team, and join us at the UNBSJ track to shake off the winter chill in support of the Saint John Regional Hospital Foundation.
Whether you’re kickstarting your spring fitness goals, getting ready for summer activities, or just looking to enjoy a lively walk in the fresh air with friends, this event is designed for all fitness levels and is all about moving together for a great cause.
Here is how it works:
Sign up as a team: We encourage relay teams of 2 to 6 participants. Each team member will register individually.
The Warm-Up: We’ll kick things off together to get the energy high and the muscles loose.
The 60-Minute Challenge: Your team will have exactly one hour to complete as many relay laps around the track as possible. Run, walk, jog, or stroll—the pace is entirely up to you!
Win Great Prizes: We’re handing out awards for the most laps completed, the fastest single lap, the best team spirit, the top fundraising team, and more!
The Cause: Team fundraising is optional but encouraged! All event proceeds directly support the Saint John Regional Hospital Foundation’s Working Wonders campaign to fund surgical excellence right here at home.
Lace up for a great cause, bring your team spirit, and let’s see how many laps we can conquer in an hour. Ready, set, let’s relay!
