DESCRIPTION:In 2025\, dozens of people in our community died without the safety\, housing\, and support every person deserves. These were not anonymous statistics. They were neighbours\, friends\, parents\, sons\, daughters\, and partners\, people with stories\, humour\, talent\, and lives that mattered.\n\n\nThis gathering is a space to remember them\, to honour their lives\, and to speak openly about the systems that continue to fail people experiencing homelessness\, poverty\, addiction\, and untreated mental illness. Grief deserves space\, but so does truth.\n\n\nJoin us on March 15th from 2pm to 5pm\, at the SJ Arts Centre for an afternoon of reflection\, art\, storytelling\, and conversation. Together we will remember those we’ve lost and talk honestly about what needs to change so fewer names are added to this list in the years ahead.\n\n\nEveryone is welcome.
