Come vote for your favorite piece! \n\n\n\n🎨 An evening full of colour awaits at our ArtLove Event! \nOn April 18th at 6 p.m.\, join us for a live painting competition featuring talented local artists. In a vibrant and friendly atmosphere\, they’ll go head-to-head in three rounds\, brushes flying\, right before your eyes! \nCome see imagination and skill come to life\, and find out who will take home the first place! \n💲 Admission: $20 + taxes and fees\n\nAll proceeds will go towards P.R.O Kids Saint John Charity. \n🗓️ It’s a wonderful chance to support local talent and enjoy an inspiring evening filled with art\, energy\, and the spirit of the Festival! \nGet your Event ticket  \nAre you an artist who loves a challenge? Sign up now and let your creativity shine at Art Love 2026! \n\nCompetition Rules\n\n\nDuration: Artists have 20 minutes to complete their artwork. \n\n\nMaterials: Only acrylic paint provided by ArtLove is allowed. No other mediums are permitted. \n\n\nAllowed Personal Materials (not provided by event): Brushes\, palette knives\, sponges\, rollers\, and painter’s tape (tape must be removed before the round ends). No mechanical tools allowed. \n\n\nProvided Materials (1 easel\, 1 canvas\, Acrylic paint (3 primary colors + black and white)\, 1 mixing surface\, wipes and 2 water jars) No other materials will be permitted. \nRound Organization: \n\n\nArtists will be randomly selected to participate in Round 1 or 2 with the draw taking place 30 minutes before the competition starts. \n\n\nIf an event hosts a minimum of 6 artists : \n\n\nThe artist with the most votes per round will advance to Round 3 (Final Round). \n\n\nIn the Final Round\, the winner of the previous rounds will receive a new canvas and palette (same rules apply).​​ \n\n\n\n\nIf an event hosts more than 6 artists : \n\n\nThe 2 artists with the most votes per round will advance to Round 3 (Final Round). \n\n\nIn the Final Round\, the 2 winners from previous rounds will receive a new canvas and palette (same rules apply). \n\n\n\n\n\n\nCompleted Artwork: \n\n\nAll artworks will be entered into a silent auction. \n\n\n50% of the proceeds go to the artist\, and 50% to the Hom’Art Festival. \n\n\nThe portion awarded to the artist will be issued by check or e-transfer from the Hom’Art Festival within 30 days after the event. \n\n\nVoting Process: \n\n\n50% of the score comes from public votes\, 50% of the score comes from judges (3 judges). \n\n\nThe public will have 2 minutes to vote between each round. \n\n\nVoting ballots distributed at the entrance are specific to each round (incorrect ballots will be void).​
