Expect Consistent Warm Weather During July and August

It’s been a pretty cool spring around here. Weather Network meteorologist Michael Carter tells us it will warm up.

“By the time we get through to the end of the week, we’ll be seeing temperatures of 19 or 20 degrees,” he says.

We can expect more consistent warm weather during July and August.

Carter says there will be dry periods this summer without much precipitation but we will still see heavy rain as well.

“It’s probably going to come in the form of dry periods punctuated with showers and thunderstorms bringing some downpours,” Carter says.

He does expect the overnight temperatures to be a little warmer than usual.
