Fatal Crash In Northwestern N.B.

Police say a 20-year-old man has died after his vehicle left the roadway in northwestern New Brunswick.

Emergency crews were called to the scene on Route 120 in Baker Brook around 5:15 a.m. Friday.

“When police arrived at the scene, they found that the driver and sole occupant of the vehicle, a 20-year old man, had been ejected from the vehicle,” RCMP said in a news release.

The victim, who was from the nearby community of Clair, later died in the hospital from his injuries.

Police are still piecing together exactly what happened.
