Fatal snowmobile crash in northern N.B.

Police say a 64-year-old man has died after a snowmobile crash in northern New Brunswick.

Emergency crews were called to the scene near Little Main Road in Kedgwick River on Saturday afternoon.

Investigators believe the driver lost control of the snowmobile and collided with a tree.

The victim, who was from the nearby community of Kedgwick, died at the scene from his injuries.

An autopsy will be performed to determine exactly how the man died.
