Federal Finance Minister Bill Morneau will be stopping off in Hampton this morning, to talk about what comes next in tax fairness for the middle class and support for small business with changes to be announced to the original tax proposals that generated such a backlash.
The federal Opposition leader says the Liberals decision to reduce the small business tax, is just Prime Minister Trudeau doing damage control.
Andrew Scheer says the only reason Trudeau made this announcement is because local business operators have been speaking out and he’s trying to dig himself out from a mess of his own creation.
Morneau will be appearing at Station 33 Cafe and Yoga on Railway Crescent.
