A dual celebration is coming up this Friday in the Waterloo Village.
The community is welcome at the combo birthday party for The Social Enterprise Hub which turns 1 and Hemmings House Pictures which turns 11.
The evening will feature live music and a film festival on every floor.
Christina Fowler of the Saint John Learning Exchange tells CHSJ News they will also have vendors and artists selling their wares.
She tells us they also want to promote the businesses in the Hub which have a social purpose.
Fowler says for every dollar that is spent at the businesses it goes back into programming especially at the Learning Exchange.
The party at the Hub on Prince Edward Street gets underway at 6pm on Friday and runs until 10pm.
