We all remember back in July, when post-tropical Storm Arthur caused unprecedented power outages and flooding in some areas of New Brunswick.
Recovery costs are estimated to total about $12.6 million. The provincial government has announced a Disaster Financial Assistance Program to help homeowners and business operators.
