A fire has caused extensive damage to a two-storey home in east Saint John.
Fire crews were called to a home on Cosy Lake Road at around 11:50 a.m. Friday.
Platoon Chief Steve Voutour said the homeowners made it out before firefighters arrived.
Voutour said it took crews about two hours to get the fire under control.
No one was hurt and the cause remains under investigation, he said.
Voutour said volunteers with the Canadian Red Cross are helping the residents of the home.
