Fire breaking out in a historic building in downtown Sussex.
The Canadian Red Cross says the blaze displaced several tenants and its disaster volunteers are helping out one man with food and a place to stay while other tenants have made arrangements to stay with family or friends.
It began around 3am in the Rail Yard Place building which is located at the corner of Queen and Broad Streets. Sussex Fire Chief Harold Lowe says it was contained to the one apartment on the third floor.
The building contains both businesses and apartments.
