A house fire in the K-V on Hampton Road near Cannon Road.
K-V Fire Platoon Chief Kevin Clynyk says the blaze began in the front of a garage that was attached to a two storey home and the garage was fully engulfed in flames when fire crews arrived. The fire did spread to the attic area of the main house4.
There was no car inside the garage.
The homeowners are away on vacation and the cause of the fire will be investigated.
