Fire Leaves Family Of Five Homeless

The Canadian Red Cross is helping out a family of five who were displaced by a fire in Saint John.

The fire broke out at a four-unit townhouse located at 12 Patterson Street.

Fire crews were able to contain the fire to the one apartment.

There were no injuries.

A woman and her four children were given emergency lodging, clothing and food vouchers by the Red Cross.
