The five so-called priority neighbourhoods in Saint John have been given some good news by the province.
The Gallant government is designating 34 of 38 daycares in the city as Early Learning Centres, and 20 are in those neighbourhoods.
This will mean any family with kids that are eligible will have access to financial support and free daycare.
