Flights Across N.B. Cancelled As Dorian Arrives

A number of flights across the region have been cancelled due to Hurricane Dorian.

High winds of 150km/h in Nova Scotia and heavy rain of 100mm and above are expected this afternoon.

As a result, all flights to and from Halifax have been cancelled, as well as a few from Toronto.

Flights to PEI and Newfoundland have also been grounded.

West Jet says it has already cancelled more than 50 flights to and from Atlantic Canada.

Air Canada has also cancelled plenty of flights, and says it is waiving its flight change fees for this weekend.
