A former entertainment complex in east Saint John may soon have a new owner.
A sign outside the former 3Mile Steak and Rib House says the building has been sold.
The tavern closed its doors in early February after more than four decades in operation.
Realtor Steve Ryan confirmed the sale Tuesday but declined to comment further as the sale has not closed yet.
Ryan said he may be able to release more details in the coming weeks.
