Fredericton Police say a 27-year-old man has died after a multi-vehicle pileup on the city’s north side on Tuesday.
Firefighters had to extract the man from the vehicle during whiteout conditions.

Police say the man was taken to hospital with critical injuries and he died last night.
Zero visibility on Tuesday also led to a 15-vehicle pileup on Highway 11 in the Cocagne area with several people taken to the hospital.
