The Blue Jays have changed their mind about moving starter Aaron Sanchez to the bullpen as a reliever to limit his innings pitched. Sanchez has a record of 11 and 1 with an E-R-A of 2.71, best in the American League.

Police arrested people who threw water buckets at the torch relay. 118 Russian athletes have been banned because of doping but 271 others will compete.
