Fuel Prices Down Across N.B.

Some drivers are getting a bigger break than others at the fuel pumps on Thursday.

Fuel prices are down across the board after the weekly setting by the Energy and Utilities Board.

The price for gasoline dropped by 0.3 cents overnight. The most you will now pay is just under $1.73 per litre.

Diesel fell by 16 cents to just under $1.94 per litre — the lowest it has been in about a month.

Most local stations are selling both fuels for a few cents less.

Meanwhile, furnace oil dropped by around 15 cents to a maximum of $1.73 per litre.

The price for propane fell by nearly two cents to under $1.33 per litre.

Fuel prices are reset every Wednesday night in New Brunswick.
