Gas, Diesel Prices Fall In N.B.

Drivers are getting a break at the gas pumps after the weekly setting by the Energy and Utilities Board.

The new maximum price for regular self-serve is 77.3 cents per litre — a drop of 1.2 cents per litre.

Diesel prices have fallen by 3.6 cents to a new maximum of 92.9 cents per litre.

Furnace oil prices fell by 3.7 cents to 77.2 cents per litre while propane edged up seven-tenths of a cent to 90.5 cents per litre.

Prices are reset every Wednesday night at midnight in New Brunswick.
