Gas, diesel will cost you more in N.B.

Gasoline and diesel prices are up after the weekly setting by the Energy and Utilities Board.

The most you will pay for regular self-serve is $1.75 per litre, an increase of just over one cent.

It has been nearly three months since New Brunswick drivers paid that price for gasoline.

Drivers who use diesel will see a larger price change during their next stop at the gas station.

Diesel prices climbed nearly five cents overnight to a new maximum of $1.78 per litre.

Most local stations are selling both fuels for a few cents less.

Meanwhile, the price for heating oil is up is up more than four cents to $1.66 per litre.

Propane is now selling for a maximum of $1.08 per litre, a drop of half a cent.

Fuel prices are reset every Thursday night in New Brunswick.
