Some drivers are paying more for fuel on Friday, while others are getting a small break.
Regular self-serve prices increased by two cents overnight to a new maximum of $1.60 per litre.
The most you will now pay for diesel is $1.83 per litre, a drop of just over one cent.
Most local stations are selling both fuels for a few cents less.
Meanwhile, heating oil prices dropped by seven cents to a new maximum of $1.47 per litre.
In Nova Scotia, regular self-serve ranges from $1.60 to $1.64 per litre while diesel is selling for between $1.78 and $1.82 per litre.
On Prince Edward Island, the price for regular self-serve is around $1.63 per litre, diesel costs around $1.89 per litre and home heating oil is selling for a maximum of $1.22 per litre.
The New Brunswick Energy and Utilities Board adjusts prices every Friday at 12:01 a.m.
