Gas Prices Up, Diesel Prices Down

New Brunswick drivers will be paying a bit more at the gas pumps on Thursday.

The new maximum price for regular self-serve is 78.8 cents per litre.

That is an increase of 1.1 cents after the weekly setting by the Energy and Utilities Board.

Diesel prices are down by 10.3 cents to a new maximum of 80 cents per litre.

Furnace oil prices also fell by more than 10 cents to a new maximum of 64.3 cents per litre.

The new maximum price for propane is 94.5 cents per litre, an increase of 1.4 cents.

Fuel prices are reset every Wednesday night in New Brunswick.
