Gas Prices Up, Diesel Prices Down

Some New Brunswick drivers will be paying a bit more to fill up their vehicle’s fuel tank on Thursday.

The new maximum price for regular self-serve is $1.129 per litre.

That is an increase of one cent after the weekly setting by the New Brunswick Energy and Utilities Board.

Diesel prices are down by four-tenths of a cent to a new maximum of $1.162 per litre.

Most stations in the region are selling gas and diesel for a few cents less.

The new maximum price for furnace oil is 99.9 cents per litre, a drop of half a cent.

Propane prices have risen by 2.4 cents to a new maximum of $1.10 per litre.

Fuel prices are reset every Wednesday night in New Brunswick.
