The maximum price for regular self-serve gasoline climbed slightly overnight.
The new maximum price is $1.47 per litre, an increase of six-tenths of a cent.
Meanwhile, diesel prices fell by nearly 4.5 cents to a maximum of $1.52 per litre.
Most local stations are selling both fuels for a few cents less.
Heating oil prices are down by more than four cents to $1.40 per litre, while propane prices climbed by nearly a cent to $1.03 per litre.
In Nova Scotia, regular self-serve ranges from $1.46 to $1.50 per litre while diesel is selling for between $1.47 and $1.51 per litre.
On Prince Edward Island, the price for regular self-serve is around $1.50 per litre, diesel costs around $1.57 per litre, and home heating oil is selling for a maximum of $1.15 per litre.
The New Brunswick Energy and Utilities Board adjusts prices every Friday at 12:01 a.m.
