A Rothesay business owner believes in sustainability and includes green practices in her small business including composting and recycling.
Janice MacPherson of Pomodori Pizza says they have a lot of young staff who are more environmentally conscious to begin with.
She says she asks pretty interesting questions during interviews to see where they are at and what they do at home before she hires them.
MacPherson says she would like more of the tenants in the mall where they are located to be recycling and composting so she will be speaking to her landlord about it.
She says the reduce, reuse, recycle lifestyle is just a way of life for her family so it extends to her business too.
