The former courthouse in Hampton will be repurposed into the new Town Hall.
The revitalization will include making it energy efficient and functional as both Town offices and Council Chambers. The renovations are expected to be completed this year.
The previous federal government approved more than $267 thousand to update the building and improve accessibility.
Upgrades to the building include replacing the roof as well as new wiring and lighting throughout the building.
