Heritage Buffs Can Check Out This Fair Tomorrow At Market Square

Heritage buffs will have lots to see tomorrow at the Market Square Atrium during the annual Saint John Heritage Fair.

Co-founder David Goss tells CHSJ News he expects about 2,000 people will stop by to see the 20 exhibitors who are taking part.

One of those is Connor DeMerchant, who will be showing off his royalty collection.

“He’s just a young man. That’s what I like about this is we get people who have a hobby and they are willing to come out and share it with the public”
Goss says “I really like it when a young man like Connor comes along because I know there is a future to this”.

Goss says it’s important for young people to get involved because most don’t think about heritage until their middle age — and then it’s too late sometimes.

The annual heritage fair runs from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
