Provincial Conservative leader Blaine Higgs expects there is some relief on the part of Justice Robertson now that he will not be doing a review of the property tax assessment system.
He says Justice Robertson did not have a mandate to do a complete review so it looked to him from the beginning as if the Premier was trying to use Justice Robertson’s reputation to bring credibility to the exercise.
