The RCMP and Kennebecasis Regional Police say Highway 1 between exits 137 and 141 will be closed between 9 and 11 to remove a double tanker truck that is off the highway by the weigh scales reducing traffic westbound into the city to one lane.
Traffic will be diverted along exit 141.
The highway itself is described as slippery with a lot of black ice.
