Horizon Launches Patient Experience Survey

Horizon Health Network is conducting its first Ambulatory Care Clinic Patient Experience Survey.

Patients who received care from February 20 to March 3 in a designated outpatient clinic may be asked about their experience.

President and CEO Karen McGrath says the feedback will help them to make further improvements.

The survey asks things including the patients’ overall experience, wait times, staff courtesy and professionalism.

Horizon hopes to use the information to track changes in quality, and help health care providers become more informed about their health care delivery and system.
