Many people postpone household repairs for an average of 16 months.

Dripping taps top the list of delayed fixes, followed by wall cracks and slow-draining sinks.

Other common postponed repairs include overflowing gutters, uneven radiators, and icy freezers.

Main reasons for delays include issues not feeling urgent, time constraints, and repair costs.

Three in 10 homeowners say waiting costs more money later.

Delayed repairs cost homeowners an average of $400 extra.

How much water is that dripping water faucet wasting? About 10 liters a day / 3,600 liters a year.

No wonder the water bill is high!
