Investigators Seek Witnesses To Uptown Assault

Police in Saint John would like to hear from anyone with information about an assault earlier this month.

Around 1:40 a.m. on November 12th, an officer was flagged down by people who found a 30-year-old man laying injured on the ground at the corner of Princess and Canterbury streets.

The man was taken to hospital and has since been released.

Police said they were informed later about the man being assaulted by two men.

Investigators with the Major Crime Unit want to hear from anyone who saw the assault.
