The new home office for Irving Oil will be located in uptown Saint John.
Construction is set to begin in the spring of 2016.
Irving Oil employees work in multiple offices across the city, but that is set to change.
The new building will be located next to the Imperial Theatre.
The building will put all of Irving Oil’s employees under the same roof, except those working in the refinery and lubricants plant.
B+H Architects, a Toronto based firm, will be in charge of conducting a feasibility study.
